Hint-ELs® rapidPro

 

The Hint-ELs® System is a CAD / CAM system for the production of dental restorations with a product scope from optical scanners to special software applications, fully automatic production units and diverse tools and materials.

 

 

Production of crowns and bridges of CorCrMB laser sintering

 

A laser beam welds finest particles of CoCrMb powder in layers to the desired form of the frame work, As no material is removed (milling technique) is up to 80 units can be produced within one sintering process. A sintering of large bridge without tension is also possible as you can warm up the powder material before the process.
